There are many different sounds in English and R and L, probably are some of the most difficult.
It might take some time and effort, but trying making the sound and you’ll eventually get it right.

英語には難しい発音が色々と存在しますが、RとLはやはり日本人の英語学習者にとって最も難しい音ではないでしょうか。
時間はかかるかもしれませんが、舌の位置を意識して根気強く真似ることで発音できるようになると思います。
For me, when it comes to pronunciation, I always copy the sounds.
It’s a good idea to find an English speaker and do a lot of shadowing.
That’s how I learned pronunciation when I was in high school. I just copied everything, not only the sound but also the breathing and the intonation all together.
